LAS VEGAS—Nightclub & Bar Media Group is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Nightclub & Bar Awards—the premier awards program recognizing the best achievements across 27 categories within the nightlife industry. The deadline for entries is Sunday, December 19, 2018.
The annual spotlight is an opportunity to recognize and honor the industry’s elite class of innovators, both individuals and establishments, who have demonstrated their outstanding dedication. This year, the awards have expanded to recognize breweries, distilleries, books and podcasts, brand ambassadors and educators, and more. New Nightclub & Bar Award categories include:

Entries for nominees are submitted by bar, club and restaurant owners and operators, or by other industry professionals on behalf of a venue or person. All submissions are reviewed by a panel of Nightclub & Bar Advisory Board members and recognized industry experts who will cast their votes to determine the finalists and winners of each category, determined by a strong demonstration of expertise, professionalism, and sales success. Winners of each category will be featured on the Nightclub & Bar website and receive complimentary entry and extensive recognition during the 2019 Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 25-27. Awards will also be presented to the winners during the convention.

Entry Criteria: Nominated venues may be stand-alone bars or operate within an independent restaurant or hotel/resort property in the United States. Chain concepts—more than five locations of the same concept—are not eligible to enter. However, an individual bar concept (operating in five or fewer locations) owned by a single individual or company may enter. A company operating multiple bar concepts may not be nominated; only the individual bar or bar concepts may be nominated. Book nominated must have an original publication date of no earlier than November 1, 2017 and no later than November 1, 2018.
