Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits—the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol—announces that Bill Edwards, Senior Vice President, National Accounts, On-Premise, will be leaving the company, effective January 1, 2023. He is moving on to add value to a Southern Glazer’s supplier partner, leveraging his vast industry expertise and experience.
Edwards will support his team’s transition for future growth following the announcement of a long-planned National Accounts restructuring.

Edwards began his 18-year career with Southern Glazer’s in 2004 as Vice President, National Account Sales, On-Premise before stepping into his most recent Senior Vice President role in 2016. Prior to his tenure at Southern Glazer’s, Edwards served in progressive leadership roles at Darden Restaurants.

An announcement for Edwards’ replacement will be forthcoming, and he will work closely with his successor to ensure a seamless transition.
