Terlato Artisan Spirits Introduces Dublin Ink Irish Whiskey

Terlato Wine Group, a leading importer and marketer of luxury wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages, is adding a new Irish Whiskey to its Artisan Spirits Portfolio - Dublin Ink Irish Whiskey, in partnership with Steven Nathan, founder of Guanxi and a former managing director at the Distell Group Ltd. Inspired by the ink and warpaint adorning Irish warriors as they were led into battle by ancient Celtic Kings, Dublin Ink Irish Whiskey is a 50% single malt, distilled at 90 proof and finished in Sherry casks at a distillery located in Southern Ireland. Golden amber in color, with aromas of sweet caramel and spice, Dublin Ink Irish Whiskey is soft and sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla and a pleasant nuttiness.

Lightspeed Featured on New Netflix Show

Netflix’s new show Pressure Cooker features Lightspeed Restaurant as a “virtual host." Their tech platform delivers news of the next challenge, opportunity, or obstacle on the show. In the first culinary competition of its kind, Pressure Cooker follows 11 chefs, living under one roof, as they navigate gastronomic challenges while managing the politics and social dynamics of the group. As their own judges, the contestants will showcase their craft while strategically competing for the favor (and votes) of the other chefs. The chefs will need to impress their peers with culinary and leadership skills alike, as they compete for votes, and the grand prize of $100,000. Lightspeed Restaurant communicates tasks and acts as the chefs’ voting station, ultimately transmitting the decision of who will stay and who will go.
