We've compiled a collection of Mother's Day cocktail recipes that are perfect for brunch and beyond.

Five Minutes Of Quiet
Kayla Walker, Bartender, VIP Event Staff, Tannahills Tavern
Ingredients:
Coffee Bean infused Blanco Tequila (2 Hats Coffee & Codigo Blanco Tequila)
Bacon Fat-Wash Coffee Liqueur (Mr. Black Liqueur)
2 Hats Coffee Brewed
Orange Bitters (Fee Brothers)
Heavy Whipping Cream
Maple Syrup (Sassy Cow Creamery, WI Tapped Maple Syrup)
Directions:
- Shake ingredients 1-4 in a Boston shaker tin till your martini foams.
- Combine ingredients 5 & 6 in another Boston shaker with a strainer spring to whip it well.
- Double strain your espresso martini base into a chilled martini glass of choice.
- Pour over your whipped topping.
- Garnish with mini pancakes, candied bacon, and 3 espresso beans to symbolize health, wealth, & happiness!

Esplanade Spritz
1.5 oz Big Easy Whiskey
.75 oz lime juice
.50 oz simple syrup
6 mint leaves
Sparkling Wine
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and double strain into a wine glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.

Brown Sugar Shaken Oat Milk Latte
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
2 oz Cold Brew
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Brown Sugar Cold Foam:
- 0.5 oz Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk
- 3 oz Oat Milk
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
Directions:
For the cold foam:
- Froth all ingredients with a frother for 30 seconds or until tripled in size.
For the cocktail:
- Combine Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur, cold brew and brown sugar in a shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Pour into a highball glass, top with Brown Sugar Cold Foam.
- Garnish with a cinnamon sprinkle.

Aperol Paloma
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Aperol
1/2 cup Perricone Farms grapefruit juice
1/4 cup blanco tequila
1/4 cup club soda
1 tablespoon lime juice
Ice cubes
Grapefruit slice and lime wedge for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- Add Aperol, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and lime wedge.

Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
6 oz sparkling wine
2 oz Aperol
4 oz soda water
Cotton candy, garnish
Directions
- In a glass with ice, add all ingredients.
- Stir gently to chill and combine.
- Garnish with cotton candy.
Pineapple Express
Ingredients:
Bottom layer: 2 oz pineapple juice
Middle layer: 1 oz Kōloa Kaua‘i Coffee Rum
Top layer: 1 oz Kōloa Kaua‘i Spice Rum
Directions:
- Float each ingredient gently into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple.

Orange Julius
Ingredients:
1 oz Don Julio 1942
1 tsp Illegal Mezcal
1 dash Celery Bitters
0.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Carrot/Yellow Bell Pepper Juice
0.75 oz Cumin Syrup
Directions:
- Build all ingredients in a tin shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a Double Rocks glass over one King Cube.
- Garnish with a tiny carrot and serve.

Lychee Rose Gin Spritz
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Rose Jam
2 oz Soda Water
4 pieces Lychee
Garnish: Lemon Juice
Method: Muddle lychee in a shaker. Add ice and lemon juice; mix well. In a glass, add rose jam and fill it with ice cubes. Pour the lychee mixture into the glass and add soda. Float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top. Garnish with lemon juice. Enjoy!
