Valentine's Day is Friday, February 14, and it usually means big business for bars and restaurants as couples dine out in large numbers leading up to and on the holiday.

We've rounded up some swoon-worthy Valentine's Day cocktail recipes to get you started.

Bacan Berry Smash
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Bacan Guaro 29
½ cup of fresh raspberries or 2 oz of frozen raspberries, defrosted
Juice from ½ lime
½ oz. agave (adjust to taste)
Grapefruit soda
Mint and/or pink grapefruit slice
Directions:
- Muddle mint, raspberries, lime, agave and Bacan 29.
- Add ice and shake in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into rocks glass over ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with mint and/or slice of pink grapefruit.

Negroni Presto
Ingredients:
1 oz cynar
1 oz contralto rosso
1 dash rhubarb bitters
2 dash orange bitters
1 oz beet-infused gin*
- 1 purple beet
- London dry gin
Directions:
For the beet-infused gin:
- Skin and roughly chop beet into 1x1 inch cubes.
- Combine cubed beets with London dry gin in a 32 oz deli container. Put beet in first, then fill with gin. Macerate for three days.
For the cocktail:
- Stir and serve with an orange twist.

Mi Amore
Ingredients:
2 parts Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
4 parts Lambrusco
¾ parts Strawberry Simple Syrup ( 1 parts sugar-1 parts water-1 parts Strawberry jam. Blend)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a glass.
- Add ice and stir.
- Garnish with strawberry heart halves and enjoy!

Bacanccino
Ingredients:
1¾ oz. Bacan Guaro 24
3 oz. espresso (cooled)
½ oz. white chocolate syrup
Dark chocolate, grated (for garnish)
Directions:
- Add Bacan Guaro 24, cooled espresso, and white chocolate syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until cold.
- Strain into a coup glass.
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate on top.

Chateau Breakfast
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Herradura Reposado
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Chambord
0.25 oz raspberry Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Egg White
Directions:
- Dry Shake.
- Shake with Ice.
- Fine strain serve up.

Hugs and Spritzes
Ingredients:
1-2 sliced fresh Strawberries
1.5 parts Reyka Vodka
¾ part Fresh lemon
Topped with Brut Champagne
Garnish with strawberry
¾ part lemon peel simple syrup (1:1):
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 full lemon peel
Directions:
For the Lemon Peel Simple Syrup:
Cooked over medium high heat.
Stirring until sugar dissolves.
For the cocktail:
Combine all ingredients except champagne in shaker with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds, strain into serving glass with or without ice and top with chilled Brut champagne.
Garnish and enjoy.

The Botanist Gin Clover Club
Ingredients:
2 oz The Botanist
0.5 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 Egg White
Raspberries
Directions:
- Add The Botanist, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white into a shaker and shake vigorously for five seconds.
- Add ice and shake until well-chilled, approximately ten seconds.
- Strain into a child cocktail glass.
- Garnish with three speared raspberries.

Fuego-Rita
Ingredients:
2 oz Superbird Fuego
.75 oz Triple sec
.75 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Agave syrup
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients together.
- Pour into a tajin-rimmed glass.

Cupids French 75
Ingredients
3 oz. Rosa Regale Sparkling Rose
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Gin
Directions:
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup and gin to a glass.
- Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Rose.
- Garnish with skewered gummy hearts.

Pink Margarita
Ingredients:
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Top Grapefruit Soda
2 oz Tequila
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except soda in a shaker
- Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist

Angie
Ingredients:
1 3/4 oz Ford’s Gin
3/4 oz Passion Fruit syrup
1/2 oz St Germain
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz powdered egg
Garnish: Matcha powder and dry lime wheel
Glassware: Nick and Nora Glass
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, and shake hard.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with matcha powder and dry lime wheel.
