Acid in the Wound
Ingredients:
2 oz Cocalero Clásico (Resident Evil Edition)
4 oz Lemonade
.5 oz Grenadine
Directions:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in lemonade and Cocalero and stir. Drizzle grenadine down the inside of the glass so it looks bloody. Garnish with a cherry.
Rampur Double Cask Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
.25 oz rich simple (we made ours with coconut and date sugar to enhance the tropical notes in the whisky)
2 oz Rampur Double Cask Single Malt Whisky
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large rocks glass. Add ice, preferably a large, clear cube. Stir for about 30 to 40 seconds to achieve chill and dilution. Express an orange peel over the cocktail and drop into the glass.
Apple Cider Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
½ cup apple cider
2 oz vodka
Dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ cup of KORBEL Brut
Directions
Add cider, vodka, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with champagne and garnish with an apple wedge and cinnamon stick.
Pumpkinhead Sour
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Fresh Victor Lemon Sour
1.5 oz ounces rye whiskey
.5 oz Jamaican rum (or any aged rum)
1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
2 dashes Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters or Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Nutmeg and Lemon Twist
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice to the brim. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add ice in a rocks glass. Strain mixture over ice. Garnish with lemon twist and grated nutmeg.
Oaxacan Dead
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Dos Hombres Mezcal
1oz. Grapefruit juice
1oz. Pomegranate juice
1/2oz. Falernum
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a large rocks glass (filled with 1 x 1 Hoshizaki ice cubes). Top with a dash of powdered cinnamon.
Eye Of The Spider
Ingredients:
1.5oz Cutwater Spirits vodka
1oz NOLA coffee liqueur
0.5oz creme de cacao
Whipped topping:
4oz whipped cream
1oz cinnamon syrup
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail stirring glass. Add ice and stir until ice begins to melt and cocktail is properly diluted. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Add heavy cream and cinnamon syrup to cocktail shaker. Shake (without ice) until cream turns light and airy. Float whipped cream on top of cocktail and garnish with a hand-drawn spider web and sugar eyeball.
NEFT Pumpkin Spiced White Russian

Ingredients:
1.75 oz NEFT ultra-premium vodka
.75 oz coffee liqueur.75 oz pumpkin spiced cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar and stir lightly. Garnish with pumpkin spiced biscotti and a dash of cinnamon.
Broken Bones
Ingredients:
2 oz Broken Shed Vodka
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1½ oz Pomegranate Juice
Directions:
Shake well and double strain into a glass goblet.
Blood Orange Sparkler
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 oz of Dirty Devil Vodka
3 oz freshly squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1 tbsp of Rosemary simple syrup
1 dash of orange bitters
Directions:
Add ice then fill with sparkling water. Garnish with a Blood Orange wedge and Rosemary sprig.
Bloody Lychee

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Rosemary infused vodka*
1 oz. lychee syrup
.25 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
.25 oz. Pomegranate juice
1 bar spoon of Absente Absinthe
Pitted lychee garnish
Directions:
For the Rosemary Infused vodka, add a few Rosemary sprigs and a vanilla bean (if on hand) to a mason jar with 1 cup vodka and let sit overnight. Shake and try it daily to reach the level of rosemary you’d like imparted. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with 2 pitted lychees to look like “eyes.”

1 oz lemon juice
1 oz concord grape syrup
1.50 oz Pomp & Whimsy Organic Gin
.50 oz Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a tin. Shake and serve a coupe glass. garnish with edible flower.
The Kraken Amok
Ingredients:
3 oz Pineapple Juice
3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Kraken Rum
2 oz Apple Brandy
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 tsp. Silver cake shimmer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Pour over ice and garnish.
