For the Fresh Lemon Sour: Combine 1 part simple syrup and 2 parts fresh lemon juice in a container with a tight seal and shake well.
For the Cable Car: Rim a chilled cocktail glass with superfine sugar. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel spiral. |
