The Chinese Mule

INGREDIENT

  • 1.25 oz. Ketel One vodka
  • 1.25 oz. Masumi Okuden sake
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger juice
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Cilantro syrup
  • Ginger beer

DIRECTIONS

Lightly muddle large pinch of cilantro and cilantro simple syrup in mixing glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients except ginger beer into mixing glass. Shake well and dump into a tall glass. Top with 3 ounces of ginger beer and stir. Garnish with cilantro and lemon.
