Pink Peanut Butter Passion
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
¾ oz. Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz. Half and Half
Directions:
Mix ingredients, shake vigorously, double strain and pour into a coupe. Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
Lady in Red
Ingredients:
1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
1 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
1/2 part lemon juice
1 egg white
1 barspoon raspberry syrup
Fresh raspberry garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry.
Strawberry White Chocolate Coconut Martini
Ingredients:
2 ounces gin
1 ounce Mozart Chocolate Strawberry Liqueur
½ ounce coconut syrup
3 dashes orange bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into a small tasting glass. Garnish & enjoy!
You and Me
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.5 oz Cocchi Americano
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 egg white or 0.75 oz Aquafaba
Sparkling Wine
Garnish: A conversation heart & Peychaud’s bitters
Directions:
Shake with no ice, then shake with ice, pour into a Collins glass, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a conversation heart and Peychaud’s bitters.
The Temptress Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
25 oz Grande Absente
1.5 oz Rhubarb-Strawberry infused gin
25 oz extra bitter tonic
0.75 oz fresh lemon
0.5 oz Sage Infused
Directions:
Shake vigorously in a shaker with ice, and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh rhubarb ribbon, strawberry and sage leaf.
Valentine's Day Mule
1 ½ oz. Premium vodka
2 pump(s) Monin Strawberry Concentrated Flavor
¼ oz. Fresh lime juice
5 oz. Ginger beer
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix. Use a mini heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape the strawberry, lime slice, mint sprig, and strawberry. Add garnishes. Serve.
Love Potion
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Deviation Distilling Citrus Rosé Gin
¾ oz. pomegranate juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. egg white
3 drops of Angostura bitters
8 drops of almond extra
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Directions:
Combine Citrus Rosé Gin with all ingredients except raspberries in a shaker with no ice. Dry shake for 30-40 seconds to allow egg white to foam and all the ingredients to marry. Add ice and shake for an addition 30-40 seconds until the cocktail frosts the shaker. Strain into an “up glass” and garnish with raspberries.
Pretty in Pamplemousse
Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Family Made Vodka
0.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
0.25 oz Giffard Pamplemousse
0.25 oz Aperol
Directions:
Stir and strain into a martini glass.
Rosa's Ruin
Ingredients:
35ml Silent Pool Gin
20ml Cocchi Rosa
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2.5ml Punt e Mes
Directions:
Shake with plenty of ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a single rose petal.
Mr. & Mrs. Burnham
Ingredients:
2 oz Amass Gin
1 1/2 oz Homemade ginger syrup
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/2 Agave Nectar (prediluted)
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, add ¼ of ice. Add 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice. Next add 1.5 oz organic ginger syrup. Next add .05oz agave. Finally, we add the spirit- 2oz Amass Gin. Shake vigorously, and double strain into a sleep coupe martini glass.
Black Cherry Chocolate Manhattan
Ingredients:
1 oz ChocoVine
1 oz Bespoken American Light Whiskey
½ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1½ oz Sweet Vermouth
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a ripe black cherry.
Mint to Be
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin
1 oz White Cranberry Juice
¼ oz Elderflower Liqueur
¼ oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water (To Top)
Mint Leaves
Directions:
Shake all ingredients but soda water on ice, including mint. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with soda and garnish with mint leaves.
S'more Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Eleven20 Mezcal
1 oz Godiva Chocolate
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1.5 oz Sour Mix
1 tbs Marshmallow Fluff
3 Mini Marshmallows
Crushed Graham Crackers
Directions:
Shake the Eleven20 Mezcal, chocolate liqueur, Grand Marnier, fluff and sour mix over ice. Rim a Berlin glass with graham cracker dust, then fill it with ice and strain the drink onto the fresh ice. Top with three skewered mini marshmallows. Toast the marshmallows with a flame.
Coming Up Roses
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Aviation American Gin
1/2 oz Blanc Vermouth
1 oz The Perfect Puree Strawberry puree, thawed
1/2 oz basil and rose honey
1/2 oz bergamot
mineral water, to top
Directions:
Add all ingredients and shake for five seconds. Strain into a Nick and Nora and top with mineral water. Garnish with a basil "boat" and dehydrated roses.
Peppermint Strawberry Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
2 oz Kōloa Kaua’i Cacao Rum
2 C Whole Milk
Splash Peppermint Schnapps
2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Strawberry Sauce
½ C White Chocolate (Baking Chocolate)
Directions:
Place milk, white chocolate, and strawberry sauce, in a medium saucepan and heat to melt the chocolate. Do not boil. Once the mixture is thoroughly heated, add in the Rum and peppermint schnapps. Pour into the desired mug and serve immediately.
Wild Things
Ingredients:
1oz Bourbon
2oz Wildlilly Wine
3 Dashes Angostura or Aromatic Bitters
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold then serve over ice.
Whale You Be Mine Cocktail by Gray Whale Gin
Ingredients:
2 ounces Gray Whale Gin
5 ounces blood orange juice
Directions:
Shake with ice. Strain over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with blood orange slices.
Korbel Sweet-tini
Ingredients:
1 oz Finlandia Vodka
2 oz Cranberry Apple Juice
4 oz Korbel Brut Rose
Directions:
Pour vodka and cranberry apple juice into a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a wine glass. Top with Korbel. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
I've Got A Slush on You
Ingredients:
*serves 2
2 oz Cutwater Hibiscus Vodka
2 oz Aperol
2 oz strawberry syrup
1 oz lemon
6 drops rose water
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend on high until smooth consistency. Pour into two cocktail glasses and garnish with a mini red rose. Can also be put into a slushie machine.
Lady Lover
Ingredients:
1.5oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
1/2oz Honey Syrup (half honey half hot water)
1/2oz Liquor 43
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3/4oz Lemon Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your shaker and vigorously shake. Serve in a rocks glass with half a rim of salt.
