We have a winner in Bar & Restaurant's March Madness competition: The Cocktail Most Likely to Go Viral!
In our third round, two cocktails remained to fight it out for the crown:
- Koyya Paanam, created by Rohit Gawali and served at Semma in NYC
- Breakfast in Fashioned, created by Chris Rosano and served at Laguna Pool House and Restaurant at Palms Place
Over 2,000 people voted in the Final Round, and the competition was fierce with the winner receiving 53% of the vote and the runner-up receiving 47%.
So which drink takes home the top trophy?
The Cocktail Most Likely to Go Viral is...
Breakfast in Fashioned
Created by Chris Rosano, Program Developer for San Manuel Tribe. Served at Laguna Pool House and Restaurant at Palms Place. The recipe includes brioche bread infused into Crown Royal Vanilla, Angostura bitters, and the perfect dipping garnish, house-made French toast.
Ingredients:
2 oz decantered old fashioned mix
1 oz chilled bottle water
Directions:
Stirred together over ice. Garnished with fresh house-made French toast nugget.
