0.5 oz Lemon Juice

3 droppers of All The Bitter Lavender Bitters

Mint Sprig

A spare blackberry or two

.5 oz Blackberry Syrup:

For the blackberry syrup, heat everything up in a pan until it's simmering for about 8 minutes. As the blackberries soften, squash out the juice then allow to cool. Strain out the solids and bottle it. It’ll keep for up to a week in the fridge, but it won’t last that long.

For the cocktail, dry shake all the ingredients. Pour over a mound of crushed ice in your favorite drinking vessel. Garnish with a big mint sprig and a blackberry.
