Sparkling Recipes for Brunch Cocktails

Brunch can be big business for bars and restaurants, and sparkling cocktails are in demand for this daypart.

Recipe & photo: Altos Plata Tequila

Sparkling Margarita

Ingredients:

1 part Altos Plata Tequila

3/4 part Cointreau

1/2 part fresh lime juice

1/2 part tsp agave

1 bottle of Campo Viejo Cava

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or champagne flute. Top with Campo Viejo Cava. Garnish with lime wheel.

G.H. Mumm Rosé Sbagliato

Ingredients:

½ part Beefeater

½ part Suze

¾ part Lillet Rosé

3 parts G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé

Directions:

Build in glass. Add ice. Stir. Top with G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé. Garnish with lemon peel.

Rendezvous With You

from Giselle Miami

Ingredients:

1.5 oz E11even Vodka

1 oz Peach Syrup

1 oz Lemon Juice

Fresh Basil 

Fever Tree Lemonade Soda

Directions:

Build liquid ingredients in a tin along with a few fresh basil leaves. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and basil leaf clipped to the glass rim.

Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:

Ketel One Vodka

St. Germain

House Prosecco

Lime Cordial

Fever Tree Yuzu

Fresh Mint

Lime

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a large wine glass. Top with Fever Tree Yuzu. Garnish with fresh mint and lime.

Blueberry Spritzer

Ingredients:

1.5 oz of Butler vodka 

0.5 oz of lemonade 

3 mint leaves 

1 lime wedge 

1 Tbs blueberries 

Splash of tonic water 

0.5 oz Simple syrup 

Directions:

Add mint, lemonade, syrup, and blueberries in a rocks glass and muddle. Add butler vodka, top with tonic water and garnish with lime wedge and mint.
