Weber Picante
Ingredients:
2 oz Cristalino Tequila
3/4 oz Jalapeño and maple syrup
1 oz Lime juice
1 dash Turmeric tincture
1 Curry leaf
Garnish with gunpowder tuile
Directions:
- For making this drink all we need to make jalapeño and maple syrup to make the syrup we need to boil the jalapeños with maple syrup in very low temperature.
- Then we have to mix all the ingredients into the shaker set.
- Shake it well and double strain in the rock glass.
Mom Jeans
Ingredients:
0.5 oz La Gritona Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz Vago Elote Mezcal
1 oz Nixta Elote Liqueur
0.25 oz Piment D'espelette Liqueur
0.5 TSP Chareau Aloe Liqueur
0.5 TSP White Creme de Cacao Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
2 drops Saline Solution
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, then add ice.
- Shake hard and fast for about 5 seconds to incorporate and aerate.
- Strain cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass.
- Add salt rim on one side of the glass if preferred.
Ultra Apricot Sour
Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Herradura Ultra
½ oz. Apricot Liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Monin Ginger Syrup
½ oz. White Peach Puree
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 egg white
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together to mix. Shake again with ice to chill. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with edible petals.
Iced Tequila Cider
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
3/4 oz. Monin Cinnamon Bun Syrup
2 oz. apple cider
Garnish: apple
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
Solar Flare
Ingredients:
1.5oz Astral Tequila Reposado
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75oz Homemade Grenadine
Over medium-high heat, combine 1 cup of pomegranate juice with one cup of sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar is dissolved and cool.
2 Dashes Hot Sauce
Sparkling Wine to top
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions:
- Add Astral Tequila Reposado, lime juice, grenadine and hot sauce into an ice-filled shaker and shake for six to eight seconds.
- Add sparkling wine to the shaker and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
Frida Kahlo
Ingredients:
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz. Pomp & Whismy Gin Liqueur
3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
1 oz. Lime juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain and serve in an old-fashioned glass with ice.
Gilded Banana
Ingredients:
2 ounces Komos Extra Anejo
1/2 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1/4 ounce Giffard Banana Liquer
Edible Gold Leaf
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir briefly.
- Strain into a double rocks glass over a big ice sphere and garnish with gold leaf.
Sins, Not Tragedies
Ingredients:
2 oz Volcan Blanco Tequila
1 oz red bell pepper juice
.5 oz lime
.5 oz habanero ginger syrup
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a tin with ice and shake.
- Strain into a bi-color salted rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
The Siesta
Bartender: Tyler Faust
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Cimarron Blanco
½ oz. Raspberry Infused Aperol**
½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Lemon Peel
Raspberry Infused Aperol
6 oz. Fresh Raspberries
1 L Aperol
Directions:
For the raspberry-infused aperol:
- Add all ingredients to a Cambro storage container or other large, sealable vessel.
- Gently muddle the fresh raspberries.
- Let the mixture infuse for about 24 hours.
- Fine-strain the mixture into sealable quart containers.
- Label and date accordingly.
For the cocktail:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Double-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Express and discard the lemon peel.
