The Trumptini made with Bacardi Limón, Cointreau and premium red Atlantic salmon caviar is sure to please customers.

Created for Trump International Beach Resort

1 ¼ oz. Bacardi Limon
¾ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Rokz salt for rim
Lemon peel carved into a capital "T" for garnish
Scoop of premium red Atlantic salmon caviar

Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and serve in a martini glass with a Rokz salted rim and a T-shaped lemon peel. Finish with a scoop of premium red Atlantic salmon caviar.
