Vodka Cocktail Recipes

Here are some vodka cocktail recipes to add to your bar menus. 

Green Chile Mule

Ingredients:

2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
3 oz Ginger Beer
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Directions:

Shake Vodka and Lime with ice, then strain into a copper mug over crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime, then kick back!

Peach-Cranberry Cooler

Ingredients:
2 oz Seagram’s Peach Vodka
4 oz Cranberry Juice

Directions:
Pour Seagram’s Peach Vodka into glass over ice. Add Cranberry Juice to top. Garnish & enjoy!

 

Holiday Spice Tea

Ingredients:

1.75 oz NEFT Vodka

4 oz Hot spiced tea*

Garnish with cinnamon stick 

Directions:

To make the hot spiced tea recipe, mix together 4 cups water, 2 tea bags (Williams-Sonoma Mulling Spices Tea Sachets), 2 cup Williams-Sonoma 5 Apple Cider Concentrate, 1 full orange sliced, 1 full apple sliced, 1/2 cup Williams-Sonoma Polar Bear Maple syrup, 5 Cinnamon sticks. Stir over medium heat for minimum of 15-20 minutes. For the cocktail, combine the hot tea with the vodka.

 

District Cosmo (Fall)

Ingredients:

1.5 oz District Made Vodka

.75 oz Cherry-Date Simple Syrup

.25 oz Orange Curacao

Orange Peel

 

**Cherry-Date Simple Syrup

32 oz Water

32 oz Sugar

2 cups Cherries (pitted and sliced)

2 cups Dates (pitted and sliced)

Directions:

For the cherry-date simple syrup, in a medium saucepan, add water and sugar. Heat on low temperature, and stir intermittently to incorporate sugar. Once the syrup is transparent, add dates and cherries. Then raise the temperature to medium. Upon boiling, lower the temperature and let simmer for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the heat and strain into a nonreactive container. Let cool before use. For the cocktail, shake vodka, simple syrup, and Curacao with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange peel.

 

Angry Pear

Ingredients:

 1 oz. vodka

 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed

 3 basil leaves

 1 sliver fresh ginger

 1 oz. sparkling pomegranate soda

Directions:

Muddle the basil and ginger. Add the vodka and Prickly Pear Puree and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top off with the soda. Garnish with basil leaf.

 

Belvedere Thai Basil Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

 1 1/2 oz. Bloody Mary Vodka

 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed

 1 dash lemon

 1 dash simple syrup

 1 pinch smoked paprika

Directions:

Combine ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Serve.
