- 2 chunks Fresh pineapple
- 3/4 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice

- Seltzer water
Preparation
- In a pint glass, muddle pineapple chunks.
- Add spirits and mixers (first 5 ingredients).
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into a double rocks glass.
- Top with seltzer water.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Aviation American Gin
- 3/4 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
- 6 leaves Mint
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
Preparation

- 3/4 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Freshly pressed lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Soda water
- 4 slices Kiwi
Preparation
- In a pint glass, muddle the kiwi.
- Add spirits and mixers (first 4 ingredients).
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a kiwi slice (skin on).
Peach Pimm's Punch
Serves 8
Ingredients
- 8 oz Aviation American Gin
- 8 oz Pimm's
- 6 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
- 4 oz Simple syrup
- 3 oz Water
- 1/2 Cucumber diced
- 8 Mint tips
- 12 oz Hansen's Peach Soda
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, gently muddle the cucumber and mint.
- Add spirits and mixers (first 5 ingredients).
- Fine strain.
- Cover and cool.
- When ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl over ice, add peach soda and stir.
- Garnish with mixed berries and mint tips.
