Why You Need to Attend the 2019 F&B Innovation Conference

The 2019 Food & Beverage Innovation Conference is a food-focused conference designed with independent restaurant owners, chain operators, chefs and other F&B professionals in mind. Co-located with the 2019 Nightclub & Bar Show, the FBIC seeks to achieve three major goals: To assist these professionals as they embark on their quests to re-energize their brands, find exciting ways to increase traffic and boost revenue, and mitigate the threats presented by disruptors.

To accomplish this lofty mission, Nightclub & Bar has partnered with Chef Brian Duffy. The Philadelphia native and creator of New Celtic cuisine is known for his flair for refined, modernized pub fare and no-nonsense approach to the profession. Anyone who has spoken with Chef Duffy knows that if you ask him a question, you’ll get a blunt but helpful answer.

For 2019, Chef Duffy has selected a dynamic team of innovative chefs to join him at the FBIC. Attendees have the opportunity to learn from such industry leaders as Chef Christine Hazel—also a Philly native—who has appeared on season 14 of Hell’s Kitchen and Chopped (she’s a recent champion); Chef Jennifer Behm-Lazzarni, co-executive chef at Red Fin Crudo + Kitchen and season two winner of MasterChef USA; and Chef Kayla Robison, executive chef of Arnold’s Bar & Grill in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Chefs Keith Breedlove, Kevin Des Chenes, David Rose and Jason Santos will also demonstrate and educate at the 2019 FBIC. These accomplished chefs have appeared on Chef Wanted, The Great Food Truck Race, Beat Bobby Flay, The Today Show, Hell’s Kitchen, Bar Rescue, Guy's Grocery Games, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Food Network Star.
