The official bourbon sponsor of the Kentucky Derby, Woodford Reserve, has honored this year's "Run for the Roses" by releasing their limited-edition 2018 Kentucky Derby bottle. The commemorative bottle features original artwork from Louisville artist Keith Anderson and is the 19th release in the series.
Anderson's bottle features the powerful imagery of thoroughbreds breaking from the gate at Churchill Downs.
The Louisville artist has worked for Brown-Forman in their private dining room, the Bourbon Street Café, for 11 years. Anderson reportedly told Brown-Forman senior vice president Mark Bacon in 2017 that he would one day be featured on the collectible Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby bottle.
Impressively, he proved his statement true just a year later.

The 2018 Kentucky Derby bottle is available now nationwide through retailers and via Reserve Bar. Retail price is $43.99.
