Embassy SuitesThe Embassy Suites Pittsburgh International Airport Hotel is pleased to announce that Thomas Raymond has been named Executive Chef of the hotel, whose responsibility includes Bridges 446, the hotel's Contemporary American on-site restaurant. Chef Raymond is an experienced Food and Beverage professional with experience in both gaming and luxury hotels.

The hotel is confident that Chef Raymond will only enhance the dining experience for guests and locals alike.

Chef Raymond's remarkable resume includes most recently Executive Chef and General Manager of Williams Country Club in Weirton, WV where he introduced scratch cooking, standardized recipes, and quality controls to culinary staff. In addition, Chef Raymond created a new restaurant and bar concept for a remodel and implemented a new wine program and menu.

Previously, Chef Raymond worked for Seminole Gaming Inc. in Coconut Creek, Florida as the Director of Food and Beverage. It was here that Chef Raymond impressively handled operations with revenue of $21 million per year. He also created new restaurant and bar concepts for four outlets and was successful in reducing overall costs and overhead within the first quarter.

Additionally, Chef Raymond has worked as a consultant, Executive Chef, and more. His resume boasts numerous experiences that make him a more than qualified fit for the Embassy Suites Pittsburgh International Airport Hotel. Bridges 446 is open seven days a week and serves lunch and dinner with everything from burgers and sandwiches to unique pasta dishes and fresh pizzas. The bar is also open seven days a week, from 11 a.m.--1 a.m. Registered hotel guests can enjoy a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning and a complimentary Evening Reception is offered every weeknight at 5:30 PM, where hotel guests can choose from a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while enjoying light appetizers and great conversation.
