We're highlighting exhibitors as we get closer to the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo, returning to the Las Vegas Convention Center March 24-26. Miss any of our past spotlights? Catch up here!

This week we chatted with Alto-Shaam, makers of innovative commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.

1. Why are you exhibiting at Bar & Restaurant Expo?

Alto-Shaam is exhibiting at Bar & Restaurant Expo for the opportunity to showcase our equipment solutions to potential buyers, while building valuable relationships with key players in the industry. Exhibiting also offers us a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals, including owners, operators, distributors, and decision-makers. Make sure to stop by the Cocktail Clubhouse to see what Alto-Shaam has to offer!

2. What do you hope to gain from the Expo?

Alto-Shaam hopes to discover new trends, learn from experts, and find inspiration that helps our customers enhance their businesses. It's an excellent opportunity to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth for our company.

3. What products/services will you be showing at the Expo?

At Bar & Restaurant Expo, Alto-Shaam will be showcasing our revolutionary Vector® multi-cook oven. The ideal oven for bars and restaurants alike, Vector features up to four independent ovens in one ventless, waterless footprint. Grill burgers (with real grill marks!), sear wings (tender and juicy!), bake pizza (you won’t believe the evenness!), and air fry onion rings (golden brown and delicious!) all at the same time. And, the wings won’t taste like onions—promise!

Pairing perfectly with our Vector oven, we will also be showcasing our heated holding cabinet. The perfect solution for holding food at the highest quality, without fans or added humidity. Stack the two together for the perfect bar and restaurant equipment package that’ll take your food program to the next level.

4. What challenges do you see operators facing in 2025, and how can your product/service help them overcome these obstacles?

In 2025, foodservice operators are expected to face several challenges, including food and labor inflation, fluctuating demand, recruitment and retention of staff, and increased regulatory pressures. Our products are designed with the customer in mind, engineered to reduce labor costs, take the guesswork out of cooking, and enhance efficiency. From our one-touch programmable controls, to the multi-functional capabilities of our ovens, we make it easier for operators to serve high-quality, consistent meals no matter who's cooking or serving customers.

5. What trends are you seeing in the bar and restaurant industry?

In 2025, several trends are shaping the bar and restaurant industry. Successful establishments are integrating various experiences and partnerships, such as events, pop-ups, and multi-concept venues, to stay afloat. There's a growing focus on eco-friendly practices, including reducing food waste and implementing sustainable sourcing. Many businesses are adopting new technologies and AI to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Establishments are increasingly collaborating with local suppliers and participating in community events to build stronger connections with their patrons. Chefs are experimenting with new ingredients and flavors, such as hot honey, to keep menus exciting and attract customers.
