Vibe Conference Unveils New Brand

Vibe Conference has brought the On-Premise community together for years. We’re proud of our reputation as the gathering place for the industry’s top decision makers.

And it’s time our branding reflected those values.

We’re excited to announce a new era for Vibe Conference, and introduce you to our new look! Informed by countless conversations with our attendees and Vibe Advisory Council. This transformation came after countless conversations with our attendees and our Vibe Advisory Council. Make no mistake, the new Vibe Conference is attendee driven. We have always been, and continue to be, the top educational event for our industry. But now we’re embracing our identity as a place for connection, experience, and of course, fun.

We spoke with Shelli Winter, Vice President of Customer Experience at Questex about the inspiration for the rebrand. Read on to go behind the scenes of our new look, and don’t forget to explore our site to experience the new atmosphere for yourself (Early Bird registration for operators is now open, so it’s a good time to reserve your space, too!)

The new VIBE Conference branding

I love the new look! What was the inspiration behind it?

Vibe Conference is all about people connecting – to new beverage flavors, new business insights, new partnerships. As show organizers, we create environments where people can discover new innovations and connect to make business magic happen. We looked at a lot of modern boutique hotels and restaurants for spaces that drew you in and made you think "I want to be there." We looked at color palettes that were unexpected but inviting – like the Inter Miami CF stadium. Vibe Conference caters to an established, tight knit group, so over the years people look forward to seeing each other. We wanted to capture that moment of two people seeing each other again after some time apart.

When people see the new branding, what do you want them to think?

We wanted the new brand to feel fresh and exciting, and to have a welcoming energy. When people see the new site and new branding, we want them to say, “That looks like a great experience. I want to be there.”

What’s your favorite part of the new design?

I love the artistic line art shapes inspired by the beverage industry. Our Senior designer, Diana Sanmiguel came up with this idea. On the home page, you see multiple wine glasses formed into a blooming flower. Keep an eye out at the show, you’ll see similar motifs throughout!

The line art is so creative! It’s impactful and very different.

The concept came out of the desire to add an industry-specific graphic element, and that was combined with our theme of connection. What emerged was this artful technique that has relevance and stands on its own. The design team is going to have fun with these! I’m really proud of what our team has achieved here. So much of the credit goes to Diana and our Creative Director, Matt Poor. We can’t wait for you to experience the new branding in person at the show this year!
