Winner Named at Tales On Tap Competition At 2013 NOCCPS Tales Of The Cocktail
Nathan Greene, a bartender at RM Seafood in Las Vegas, Nevada, was named the winner of the 2013 New Orleans Culinary and Cultural Preservation Society (NOCPPS) Tales on Tap Competition, sponsored by DRAMBUIE Liqueur and held at Tales of the Cocktail. Greene’s winning draft cocktail recipe (below), “Nuttin Honey!”, combines DRAMBUIE Liqueur with Rye Whiskey, Dry Sherry and Walnut Bitters and is garnished with an orange swath. MORE>>

Bartenders, submit your VeeV cocktail recipe and photo by August 18 for a chance to win the grand prize trip to Brazil. Your cocktail must include at least 1 ounce of VeeV Açaí Spirit (other spirits are allowed, but VeeV must be the main alcoholic component) and contain a maximum of 6 ingredients, all of which are reasonably easy to source. On August 19, we’ll post all of the recipe submissions so Liquor.com’s readers can vote on their favorites.
