Happy Hours
Available to add on to any pass, our networking Happy Hours are the place to discover fresh ideas, explore collaboration opportunities, or simply unwind after a busy day—and we’re offering TWO this year! Both will be held at the AZILO Ultra Lounge in the SAHARA Las Vegas on Tuesday, March 19 and will feature complimentary cocktails from our sponsors.
Industry Networking Happy Hour: Early Access starting at 6 p.m.
Your first time at the Bar & Restaurant Expo can be daunting—meet up with other first timers to swap stories and strategies, make a buddy to walk the Expo Hall with, or simply socialize and find new connections!
Industry Happy Hour: 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m., the happy hour opens to all Expo attendees who have added on the event to their registration.
Have a drink, reconnect with old friends or make new ones, and wind down after the first day of the Expo.
Platinum Parties
Returning for 2024, the Bar & Restaurant Expo will host two Platinum Parties. We’ll take over two of Las Vegas’ hottest clubs for experiences exclusive to the Bar & Restaurant Expo. Held between 9:00-11:00 p.m., we promise these private parties will be a one-of-a-kind chance to experience Vegas nightlife!

Networking Tips
Whether it's your first Bar & Restaurant Expo or your tenth, it can still be daunting to enter a room full of people and start networking. So here are some tips for making the most of your time at our networking events and parties.
Plan Ahead: Go in with a plan. What do you want to learn? Who do you want to meet? Set reasonable expectations on yourself and have some conversation starters in mind.
Use the App: Make the most of our Expo app to connect with people before the parties so that when you walk in, you already have a group of people to seek out.
Business Cards: Bring business cards or have a digital version with a QR code people can scan. Unique business cards can even serve as a talking point.
Converse, Don't Pitch: Unlike the Expo floor where you have a limited amount of time to interact with people and selling is expected, parties are a laid back atmosphere. Take the time to get to know people before you launch into pitching.
Follow Up: When you get home after the Expo, be sure to follow up with those you met at the parties to keep the conversation going and foster a relationship.
