Talented multi-hyphenate, celebrity chef, entrepreneur and girl dad Brian Duffy first came to the Nightclub & Bar Show over 10 years ago. He quickly became an integral part of the event, both as an Executive Council member and as the Culinary Director of the Food & Beverage Innovation Center.

Here, Duffy and his team of “misfit toy” chefs put on live demonstrations, exhibit cutting-edge restaurant equipment and develop creative recipes that anyone can recreate at their venue.
