We chatted with Angela to learn more about her ahead of the show!
What's your pre-shift ritual?
I would start from the front sidewalk of the building and work my way to the back door, insuring that everything was in place before open time with the thought that if we don't look ready to serve guests, then we will not be blessed with any guest to serve! I made sure it was done before the open time as it was a superstition of sorts.
What keeps you up at night?
Watching YouTube and podcasts to apply principles to the growth of my companies
What are you currently reading?
A book called Multipliers, but I'm more of the audiobook type.
What's a skill you're currently trying to learn?
AI and how it can improve the workflow of myself and my industry.
