Shake up your cocktail menus with a few of these rum recipes! Whether you're serving up a Tiki creation, daiquiri, or something else, all of these rum recipes are sure to be crowd pleasers!
Kiwi Bird
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. dark rum
3/4 oz. Campari
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
Directions:
Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and Kiwi Puree to a mixing glass with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a kiwi, halved.
Kraken's Keep
Ingredients:
1.5 part The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum
1⁄2 part Orange juice
2 parts Pineapple juice
1 pinch Gold Luster Dust
Directions:
Combine in a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with two long orange peels, a pineapple spear, and torched cinnamon stick.
Tiki
Ingredients:
1 oz. Bacardi Superior
1/2 oz. Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz. Bacardi Black
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Passion Fruit blend, thawed
1 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
2 dashes, bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain, serve on the rocks, and garnish with lemon.
Spiced Sidecar
Ingredients:
1 oz Bayou Reserve Rum
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
Garnish: orange and lemon twists
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist and a lemon twist.
Jungle Bird
Ingredients:
2.75-ounce blend of Venezuelan, Puerto Rican, and Jamaican rum
1.75-once pineapple juice
0.5-ounce lime juice
0.5-ounce Campari
0.25-ounce Heirloom Alchermes
0.25-ounce 1:1 Demerara syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients to shaker. Top with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in glass and garnish with pineapple spine, cinnamon, and fresh pineapple wedge.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
2 oz SelvaRey White Rum
4 Strawberries
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Strawberry Hearts
Directions:
Muddle, add ice, shake,and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with strawberry hearts.
Do si Do (Peanut Butter Cookie)
1 oz. Koloa Kauai Spice Rum in a peanut butter wash
1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
¼ oz Vanilla Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
½ oz Cream of Coconut
5 dashes of Orange Bitters
Garnish: Peanut Butter Cookie Crumble
Directions:
Shake ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in peanut butter cookie crumble-rimmed glass. Top with whipped cream.
Kraken Daiquiri
Ingredients:
3 parts The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum
1.5 parts Lime Juice
.5 part Sugar Syrup
1 12-ounce Bag of Frozen
Passionfruit
1 part Orange Triple Sec.
Directions:
Blend together. Pour into a daiquiri glass. Garnish with a half passion fruit & lime wedge.
