The holidays are upon us! Haul out the holly and deck your menus with festive holiday cocktail recipes. We've collected some holiday cocktail recipes to get you started.

Rosa Regale Ornamentini

Ingredients:

2 cups Rosa Regale Sparkling Red or Sparkling White

1/2 cup vodka

1/2 tsp edible glitter

Directions: 

  1. Mix together ingredients. 
  2. Divide the cocktail evenly into four servings and slowly fill each ornament. 
  3. Place the filled ornament into an empty glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary!

Christmas on the Ranch(water)

Ingredients:

2 oz Komos Añejo Cristalino

Top soda water

Directions:

  1. Overnight, freeze a sprig of rosemary upright in a rocks glass. 
  2. When it's solid, build the drink overtop and garnish with cranberries.

Mash & Mallow Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients:

4 cups whole milk

1 cinnamon stick

1 vanilla bean

4 cloves

6 egg yolks

Half tsp baking soda

250 g sugar

Nutmeg

4 oz Mash & Mallow

1 oz mezcal

2 oz Ancho Chile liqueur

Garnish: 3 tiny marshmallows on a pick

Directions: 

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, vanilla bean, cinnamon stick and cloves, heat over medium heat until combined. 
  2. Add baking soda and sugar. 
  3. Stir for 10 minutes on low heat then chill until it reaches room temperature. 
  4. In a large bowl, whip the egg yolks until fluffy and add one cup of milk, slowly fold the egg yolk into the milk. 
  5. Whisk until fluffy. 
  6. Add the mix into the rest of the milk slowly. Remove cinnamon and cloves. 
  7. Add Mezcal, Mash & Mallow and Ancho Chile liquor. Refrigerate (lasts 7 days in fridge). 
  8. Serve with a tiny marshmallow on a pick.

Tequila Don Julio Coquito

6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 3 cups Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Green Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 

Directions:

  1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Add 20oz DJ reposado and 2.5 oz amontillado sherry.
  4. Store in the fridge before serving.

Smirnoff Holiday Cosmo

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Smirnoff Red, White & Merry
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.50 oz Cranberry Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish: Sage Leaf

Directions: 

  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Strain into martini glass. 
  3. Garnish and serve.

Velvet Godfather

Ingredients:

1.5 oz The Busker Blend Irish Whiskey

1.5 oz Disaronno Velvet

Optional: 2 spoons of apricot jam

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Strain and strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice.

Spiced Apple Cider Kava Mocktail

Ingredients:

Apple cider

Cinnamon stick

Splash of lemon juice

Dash of maple syrup

TRU KAVA shot

Directions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the apple cider, add a splash of lemon juice, and a dash of maple syrup.
  3. Stir in a TRU KAVA shot for a relaxing boost.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for added warmth.

Tis the Teason

Ingredients:

For 8 servings

12 oz Ketel One Vodka

24 oz Earl Grey Tea

4 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

2 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Lemon wheels and orange peels

8 oz Dark Brown Sugar Syrup

  • 1 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 cup of warm or hot water

Directions:

For the dark brown sugar syrup:

  1. Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 cup of warm or hot water.
  2. Stir until dissolved and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

For the cocktail:

  1. Heat up and prep the tea first. For every 12 oz of water, use 2 earl grey tea bags. Create the tea and allow the tea bags to over steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a pot, add all of the ingredients (including the nutmeg) and allow it to sit on low for 5 - 10 minutes until hot.
  3. Serve in a mug and place the lemon wheel and orange peel into the glass for garnish.

White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i Coconut Rum

0.5 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i Cacao Rum

0.5 oz cream of coconut

1.5 oz. evaporated milk

1 Drop of peppermint essential oil

Garnish: Crushed candy cane

Directions: 

  1. Shake in shaker with ice. 
  2. Strain in a peppermint rimed martini glass.

Rompope Cocktail

Ingredients for Rompope Cocktail:

2 oz Espolon Anejo

1 oz coffee liquor (Kalhua)

1 oz cream or heavy cream

1/2 oz The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed

1/2 oz creme de cacao such as Giffard 

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 egg yolk

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. 
  2. Strain and serve.
  3. Garnish with Cinnamon dust.

Sugar Plum Sour

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

¾ oz Plum Wine

.5 oz Cinnamon & Clove Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

Garnishes: Plum Slice & Whole Cloves

Directions:

  1. Shake ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass or stemless wine glass over fresh ice. 
  2. Garnish with a plum sliced adorned with whole cloves.
