We’re excited to host our annual VIBE Conference this September 27-29th, 2021 as a live, in person event. VIBE is the top education program for on-premise beverage executives and supply partners, and a powerful event for networking and business decisions.
Our number one priority at VIBE Conference 2021 is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with our venue, Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, to provide a safe and secure environment, in accordance with CDC guidelines for our event.

With the rise of the Delta variant, we’re committed to making VIBE Conference a safe and controlled environment where attendees, consultants, speakers and sponsors can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening day on September 27, 2021, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe show experience, and you can find more details on that here.
Vaccinations Required
All attendees, sponsors, speakers, consultants and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending VIBE Conference 2021. That means that you must have completed your vaccinations by September 12, 2021, in alignment with CDC guidelines. Only approved vaccinations will be accepted. Approved vaccines include BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose). After you register, you will be prompted to upload official proof of vaccination via the text messaging application.

Mask Up
Masks must be worn at all times within the event by all event attendees, sponsors, speakers, consultants and Questex staff. Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Of course, you’re welcome to remove your mask when enjoying our delicious food and drinks at a safe distance from other attendees.

Keep it Clean
We’re doing our part to keep our venue clean, and are committed to increased cleaning protocols for high-touch areas like bathrooms, handrails, door handles and elevator buttons. We’ll have plexi-glass guards where appropriate, and plenty of hand washing stations, sanitizer and tissues easily available. Please make good use of them, and wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
Can’t Make It?
If you’re unable to join us on site at VIBE Conference 2021, you can still take advantage of the incredible education opportunities. Presentation sessions will be available to view after the event for registered operators. We will miss having you in person, but look forward to a time when we can welcome everyone back safely.
