Conference Sessions
11:00am – 1:00pm
Our breakout sessions are quick, one-hour masterclasses covering everything from technology to staffing, training techniques, DEI, marketing and more. Come ready to learn and ask questions, speakers are always available for Q&A after the session. Our last Workshop of the show, Chef Brian Duffy’s Live Menu Read is today, and if you have a VIP Pass you can’t miss this one!

NxT Stage Discussions
12:30pm – 4:30pm
Stop by the NxT area (pronounced ‘next’) for wine tastings, competitions, interactive games, live music and power talks on the NxT Stage with industry pros that address real-world challenges, and actionable solutions. Today’s conversations include Ben’s Friends and Chef Brian Duffy, who is a guest on the BarTalk! Podcast. These are informal conversations that are open to everyone on the expo floor. Stick around for the Q&A discussions after!
FBIC Demonstrations
12:30pm – 3:30pm
Chef Brian Duffy and his team of ‘misfit toy’ chefs are back at Bar & Restaurant Expo this year. Each chef has been hand chosen by Chef Duffy because of their talent and industry knowledge. Throughout Bar & Restaurant Expo they’ll be taking to the FBIC stage for cooking demonstrations, teaching attendees new, innovative ways to prepare revenue-generating dishes. The Industry Excellence Awards
2:00pm – 3:00pm
Presented by Bar & Restaurant Expo and sunday, these awards recognize, celebrate, and support the people who make the independent bar and restaurant industry great. They honor leaders for their talent, in addition to their integrity and commitment to equality, sustainability, community and culture across the industry. Stick around to find out our ten winners! Mia Mastroianni and Molly Wellman are our MC’s for the ceremony!
Platinum Party
9:00pm – 11:00pm
End #BRE2022 at Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan for the final VIP Platinum Party. This 40,000 square foot space is known as the home of dance music in Las Vegas, and features seven different bars and three different rooms, each with their own distinct experience. This is going to be a good one, don’t miss it!
