Celebrity Chefs Reveal Their Secrets to Effective LTOs

Are you creating unforgettable limited-time offers (LTOs), or are you putting out cheap ‘specials’ that make customers cringe?

In this one-hour discussion from the 2021 Bar & Restaurant Expo (formerly Nightclub & Bar Show) conference session, three chefs from our Food & Beverage Innovation Center, teach you to how create stand-out menu offers that actually drive traffic to your venue.

Moderated by Jeremiah Batucan, chefs Chad Rosenthal (The Lucky Well), Jennifer Behm-Lazzarini (Red Fin Crudo) and Kayla Robison (Arnold’s Bar & Grill) explain how LTOs can be a great way to build loyalty, increase traffic and stand out from the competition. Learn best practices on pricing, establishing urgency, and empowering your team to make this a huge success for your operation.

Robison was able to turn one of her restaurant’s slowest days into a money maker by introducing a Popeyes-inspired “CHX” Sandwich. It consistently sold out in less than two hours. “It’s about creating that experience for folks…even if it’s one day a week,” explains Robison, “We were able to turn a slow day into a busy day and create something fun for people to come down for.”
