David Henkes & Donna Hood Crecca

David Henkes, Senior Principal at Technomic, and Donna Hood Crecca, Principal at Technomic, will present “Rebuilding Both Sides of the Bar,” delving into the challenges and opportunities for drinks programs in a post-COVID world, including inflation, supply, consumer demand, innovation and labor. An operator-focused panel discussion will follow, featuring Tyler Field III, Divisional VP of Wine and Spirits at Morton’s of Chicago, and Stan Novack, Executive Vice President of Sammy Hagar Restaurants. This will provide actionable, immediately relevant information for operators.
